Liu Zheng

Liu Zheng, Professor-level Engineer, Director of Aluminum Electrolysis Division of GAMI, Chief Engineer of Aluminum Corporation of China, Registered Consulting Engineer (Investment), Outstanding Young Survey and Designer in Guizhou Province, Technical Innovation Expert of China Nonferrous Metal Construction Association, Scientific and Technological Expert of China Construction Enterprise Management Association, One of the First Batch of Experts in the Expert Database of Aluminum Corporation of China. For many years, he has been engaged in energy-saving and intelligent design and research of aluminum electrolytic cells, and has rich experience in scientific research and project management. He has undertaken the scientific research and design work of many major projects, and won 1 National Quality Engineering Gold Award, 1 Provincial and Ministerial Science and Technology First Prize, 2 Provincial and Ministerial Science and Technology Second Prizes, 3 Provincial and Ministerial Excellent Engineering Design First Prizes, 2 Provincial and Ministerial Excellent Engineering Consulting First Prizes, and 1 Provincial and Ministerial Excellent Engineering Consulting Second Prize. He obtained 18 national authorized patents, including 6 invention patents; published 11 papers in domestic and foreign professional journals.

Yang Chaohong

Yang Chaohong, Professor-level Engineer, National non-ferrous Metal Industry Design Master, Mational Model Worker, National May 1st women's pacesetter, Deputy Chief Engineer of GAMI. She mainly engaged in the design and research of electrolysis process and equipment. As the chief designer and professional engineering leader of 23 large-scale electrolytic aluminum projects, she participated in the compilation of the national standard "Energy Balance Test of Large Prebaked Electrolytic Cells with Five-Point Power Supply". As the project leader, she took the lead in completing many national and industry scientific research projects such as "Promotion and Application of New Diversion Type Structural Cells" and "Research and Development of Key Technologies for Wide Range Peak Regulation and Ultra-low Energy Consumption Production of Aluminum Electrolysis". She won 1 second prize of provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, the second prize of China Nonferrous Industry Science and Technology Award, 1 National Excellent Engineering Design Gold Award, 4 first prizes of ministerial excellent engineering design. She obtained 46 national authorized patents, including 16 invention patents and published 5 papers in domestic and foreign professional journals. She has successively won honorary titles such as Guizhou Provincial Model Worker, Guizhou Provincial May 1st Labor Medal, and Guizhou Provincial "Science and Technology Leader".

Meng Jun

Meng Jun, Professor-level Engineer, National non-ferrous Metal Industry Design Master, Registered Metallurgical Engineer (metal smelting engineering), Deputy Chief Engineer of GAMI. He Mainly engaged in the design and research of magnesium-titanium processes and equipment and has undertaken and served as a professional engineering leader for more than 20 major magnesium-titanium projects. He is the member of the Titanium, Zirconium and Hafnium Metallurgy Professional Academic Committee of the "Rare Metals Metallurgy Academic Committee of the China Nonferrous Metals Society", expert in the Guizhou Province Nonferrous Metallurgical Engineering Survey and Design Expert Database, expert in the National Comprehensive Bid Evaluation Expert Database, technical expert on national pollution discharge permits, member of the Low Carbon Standards Working Group of the National Nonferrous Metal Standardization Technical Committee. He presided over and participated in the compilation of 6 national and industry standards and specifications. He won 2 first prizes and 4 second prizes of provincial and ministerial science and technology awards. He obtained 14 national authorized patents, including 7 invention patents and published 6 papers in domestic and foreign professional journals.

Tian Qinghong

Tian Qinghong, Professor-level Engineer, receives the special government allowance of the State Council, is a co-supervisor of the master's degree in control engineering at Tsinghua University, and chief engineer of GAMI Innovation Company. He is mainly engaged in the design, R&D and popularization of computer control engineering for aluminum electrolysis. He is a discipline leader in the development of production control technology for aluminum electrolysis in China. The multi-parameter balance intelligent control technology for aluminum electrolysis developed under his leadership has reached the international leading level. He pioneered online intelligent control of aluminum fluoride concentration and superheat degree in the world and established a quantifiable management platform, which has been popularized and applied to all large prebaked electrolytic cells with 200-600kA at home and abroad. He won 4 first prizes, 2 second prizes of provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, 1 first prize of ministerial excellent engineering design. He obtained 18 national authorized patents and published more than ten papers in domestic and foreign professional journals.

Yang Tao

Yang Tao, Professor-level Engineer, Director of GAMI Innovation Company, Outstanding Young Survey and Designer in Guizhou Province, Guizhou craftsman, industrial craftsman, receives special allowances from the Guizhou Provincial Government, won the May 1st Labor Medal of Guizhou Province. He mainly engaged in metallurgical smelting, electrolytic aluminum equipment and automation design and research and has undertaken and served as the person in charge of nearly 20 major special projects and scientific research projects. He won 7 first prizes and 2 second prizes in provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, 2 China Patent Excellence Awards and 1 Guizhou Province Patent Excellence Award, 1 first prize in the Nonferrous Metals Industry Engineering Design Award, 2 excellent engineering design awards in the nonferrous metal construction industry (ministerial level), 1 annual National Quality Engineering Gold Award, and 1 first-class achievement in the design level evaluation of engineering construction projects. He obtained more than 50 national authorized patents, including 36 invention patents and has published more than 20 papers in professional journals at home and abroad.

He mainly engaged in the design and technical research of alumina smelting processes and equipment, served as chief engineer of 5 large-scale engineering projects at home and abroad, and undertook the work of person in charge of 2 major scientific and technological research and development projects. He won 2 second prizes of provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, 2 first prizes of provincial and ministerial excellent engineering design. He obtained 10 national authorized patents, including 7 invention patents. He edited 1 national standard and 1 group standard and published 7 papers in professional journals at home and abroad.

Li Yongsheng

Li Yongsheng, Professor-level Engineer, Registered Utility Engineer (Water Supply and Drainage), Senior Project Manager, Model Worker of China Aluminum Corporation, Excellent Project Manager of Chalco International, "Most Beautiful Worker" in Guizhou Province, Operation Director of GAMI. He mainly engaged in water supply and drainage design and project management. He has presided over the professional design work of many large-scale domestic and foreign projects, and won three first prizes for excellent engineering design at the provincial and ministerial levels. He published five papers, and obtained four national authorized patents. He has rich project management and operation experiences. As a project manager, he has undertaken the BT, EP and EPC general contracting work of four large-scale domestic and foreign projects with remarkable results. He has won many awards for safe and civilized construction sites and provincial and ministerial quality.

Wu Daolin

Wu Daolin, senior engineer, IT director of GAMI, deputy director of Intelligent Manufacturing Division, and general manager of Guiyang Zhenxing Aluminum Magnesium Technology Industry Development Co., Ltd. He Mainly engaged in work related to intelligent manufacturing and digital design delivery, he has been hired as a technical expert by 3 provincial and ministerial associations. He led the preparation of more than 30 digital-related standards, systems, industry white papers, etc., including participating in the compilation of 1 landmark, 1 industry standard, and 1 white paper. He has applied digital technology in more than 40 projects, led the construction of China's first full-sub-project digital design project for alumina and electrolytic aluminum, and led his team to create multiple digital products such as digital delivery and operation and maintenance platforms. He won 1 first prize and 2 second prizes in provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, 2 1st prizes, 2 2nd prizes and 1 third prize in provincial and ministerial BIM competitions, 1 first prize and 1 second prize in provincial and ministerial excellent information technology achievements, 1 gold medal in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Blooming Cup Benchmarking Competition, 1 first prize in ministerial excellent engineering design.

Yuan Yongjian

Yuan Yongjian, Professor-level Engineer, Registered Public Equipment Engineer (HVAC), chief engineer of GAMI Shun'an Company. He has long been engaged in the research and development and promotion of air pollutant control and energy-saving technologies for electrolytic aluminum and carbon enterprises. He presided over the development of technologies such as "Full-process high-efficiency adsorption and purification technology for asphalt fume from kneading and molding carbon and graphite products" and "Dual-channel countercurrent electrolysis fume purification process", which solved the "pain points" in many industries. As the project leader (ranked No. 1), he won 1 first prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the China Federation of Industry and Commerce, 2 second prizes of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award, and 1 third prize of the Guizhou Province Science and Technology Progress Award. He prepared 1 national standard, drafted 1 standard of the Ministry of Ecology and Environmental Protection and 1 industry specification. In recent years, he has published more than 10 papers in core journals.

Li Meng

Li Meng, Professor-level Engineer, first-class engineer of China Aluminum Corporation, vice chairman of the Nonferrous Equipment Academic Committee of the China Nonferrous Metals Society, one of the first batch of technical experts in the Chalco Group Leading Talent Program and the Chalco International Strategic Backbone Talent Program, Guiyang-Gui'an Provincial Ministerial Leading Talent (C) certification, receives special allowances from the Guizhou Provincial Government. Since joining GAMI in 1996, he has been engaged in the research and development of light metal smelting equipment and automation technology for a long time. During this period, he presided over 1 national 863 plan project and 2 Guizhou Province Science and Technology Support Plan projects and many Chinalco and major science and technology projects. He has been authorized with 22 invention patents and more than 70 utility model patents. He is the main compiler of 2 national standards and has won one first prize of Guizhou Province Science and Technology Progress Award. The first prize of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award 4 times and the second "Young Innovative Talent Award" of Guizhou Province.

Huang Ruoyu

Huang Ruoyu, a doctoral and senior engineer, Deputy director of GAMI Innovation Company, is a member of the Automation Professional Committee of China Nonferrous Metals Society, Vice Chairman of Guizhou Automation Society, Member of Guiyang Science and Technology Association of Guizhou Province. He has won honors such as Outstanding Engineer in China Aluminum Industry, Outstanding Young Engineer of China Nonferrous Metals Society, May 1st Labor Medal of Guizhou Province. He mainly engaged in design and research work in the fields of aluminum industry process control and industrial big data and undertook and served as the person in charge of 5 major scientific and technological projects. He won 5 first prizes, 2 second prizes, and 1 third prize of provincial and ministerial science and technology awards; won 1 first prize for excellent engineering design at the ministerial level. He obtained 27 national authorized patents, including 10 invention patents, and published 40 papers in domestic and foreign professional journals, including 8 SCI included.

Deng Chao

Deng Chao, a bachelor's degree graduate from Chongqing University, Professor-level Engineer, Director of the Carbon Magnesium Titanium Division, a technical innovation expert of the China Nonferrous Metals Construction Association, and an expert in the scientific and technological expert database of Chalco. He mainly engaged in carbon engineering design and research work such as aluminum anodes, cathodes, graphite electrodes, negative electrode materials, etc. He has successively assumed the overall responsibility for more than 10 major carbon and graphite product projects and presided over 3 key scientific research projects. He won 1 first prize and 2 second prizes of provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, 1 second prize of provincial and ministerial excellent engineering design, 2 first prizes of provincial and ministerial consulting projects. Wang Qiang

Wang Qiang, a National First-class Registered Architect, Professor-level Engineer, expert in the Guizhou Provincial Construction Engineering Survey and Design Expert Database, and concurrently serves as the Secretary-General of the Green Construction Branch of the Guizhou Provincial Survey and Design Association. He mainly engaged in the field of architectural design and research, he has presided over the completion of a large number of national key projects and large-scale industrial and civil projects, covering: electrolysis, alumina, carbon, magnesium titanium and other complex industrial projects; education, medical care, commerce, data centers and other large-scale complex public building design and residential building design. Hu Xiangquan

Hu Xiangquan, Professor-level Engineer, Registered Electrical Engineer (Power Supply and Distribution), Deputy Chief Engineer of Aluminum Electrolysis Division of GAMI, Vice Chairman of Guizhou Building Electricity Academic Committee, is mainly engaged in electrolytic aluminum electrical power supply design and electrolysis process and research. He undertakes and serves as the chief designer and project leader of many major electrolysis projects. He won a first prize of provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, a silver medal for national excellent engineering design, a first prize for ministerial excellent engineering design. He obtained three national authorized patents. He participated in the compilation of 3 national and industry standards and specifications, and published many papers in domestic and foreign professional journals.

Gan Changneng

Gan Changneng, Professor-level Engineer, "5T expert" in solving major industrial problems, deputy director of the Intelligent Manufacturing Division of GAMI. He mainly engaged in automation and intelligent design and research, with a number of proprietary technologies in the field of automation professional technology, especially rich practical experience and unique insights into industry advanced control and process optimization APC/MPC, serving as the chief designer of many large-scale factory intelligent engineering projects at home and abroad. Dai Yingjie

Wang Zhiqiang

Wang Zhiqiang, Professor-level Engineer, Registered Public Equipment Engineer (power), chief engineer and chief designer of the Alumina Division of GAMI, expert of Guizhou Special Equipment Association, expert of Southwest HVAC (Power) Association. He mainly engaged in the design and research of processes and equipment for thermal power generation, coal-to-gas, new energy power generation, etc., and assuming professional engineering leaders and project chief designers for many major alumina, electrolysis, and new energy projects. He won 1 second prize of provincial and ministerial engineering science and technology awards, 1 first prize and 1 second prize of provincial and ministerial engineering design awards, 3 first prizes of ministerial excellent consulting.
